White · Steam · Sella
Processing route & drying
The route depends on the ordered rice format. White rice follows a non-parboiled route; steam and sella products use their specified heat treatment. Sella/parboiling includes soaking, steaming, and drying before milling.

From paddy to brown rice
Husking & paddy separation
The outer husk is removed. Separation equipment distinguishes husked rice from remaining paddy, which is returned for further husking.

The desired finish
Whitening & polishing
Whitening removes bran layers from brown rice. Polishing then refines the surface appearance according to the customer’s agreed finishing requirements.

Selecting the grain
Grading & color sorting
Grading separates whole grains and broken fractions. Color sorting helps remove visibly discolored or unwanted grains to support the agreed product specification.

Ready for the buyer
Packing, storage & dispatch
Finished rice is weighed and packed in customer-specified formats, including private labels. Company-owned warehouses within the factory support storage and dispatch planning.

Quality is part of every stage.
Supervisors and supporting team members monitor the operation from paddy handling through finishing and packing. The exact route varies with the rice variety, processing format, and customer specification.
